LiHCH Cable is a low smoke and halogen-free (LSZH), shielded, flexible control cable for industrial automation and data transmission scenarios that require low smoke and halogen-free characteristics and high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).ZMS produces this cable type with tinned copper braid shielding to effectively reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) and ensure stable signal transmission.

LiHCH Cable is designed with a multi-layer structure to ensure signal stability and safety:
- Conductor: Multi-stranded fine stranded bare or tinned copper conductor according to VDE 0295 Class 5 / IEC 60228 Class 5.
- Insulation: High-quality, low-smoke, no-halogen (LSZH) material to minimize the release of toxic fumes in case of fire.
- Shielding: Tinned copper braid shielding (≥85% coverage) provides excellent immunity to electromagnetic interference (EMI).
- Jacket Material: Highly durable, low-smoke, halogen-free jacket resistant to oil, abrasion, and chemicals.
- Core color: VDE 0293-308 or customized to meet customer requirements
